The staff is very nice and pleasant and made my daughter very comfortable during her visit there was no long wait time and is very clean

My first visit here the dark skin lady that sit at the front desk had a nasty attitude. She told me she didn’t see my appointment after after I repeatedly told her I had an appointment, I even offered to show her my phone of my appointment confirmation and she refused to look at it. She didn’t want to let the dentist see my kids. I overlooked that because I thought she was just having a bad day. The second time I went there she tried turning me away saying I am late for my appointment after???? I called to inform them that I was running a few minutes late and they said ok. When I arrived She didn’t want to allow the dentist to see my children after I traveled very long distant to get to this location. The lady that took the pictures of my kids tooth was also very rude and ignored me twice when I try to ask her a question. She was so rude. I would wish I could give 0 star

I had an appointment scheduled for my 1yo today. My appointment was scheduled for 3:40pm. I called several times to let them know that I was running 10 mins late and got no answer. When I arrived at 3:50 I waited 5 mins because there was no one at the front desk. The person from the front desk does not greet me nor asked me why I'm there for, instead she just asked what time was my appt. I tell her my appointment was at 3:40. She then proceeds to tell me the doctor left for the day. When I asked why no one called me to notify me she says "you could've called too". I tell her I did and that no one picked up. Without any eye contact she tells me she can schedule me for next week. I declined her offer and left. No customer service and a grace period of less than 10 minutes for a pediatrics clinic is insane.
