Dr. Bai and his staff are awesome! I highly recommend! Dr. Bai's calm, caring demeanor made me feel relaxed. The staff is kind as well as knowledgeable. My first root canal is done and I am no longer terrified of dentists, thank you.

I witnessed my mother get her tooth extracted today, Dr.Bai advised she was coming in for fillings however the teeth couldn’t be filled due to decay. So he advised she had 3 options that would be a root canal, an extraction or antibiotics. He did warn that if she does take antibiotics pain will eventually come back then he stated her insurance didn’t cover root canal. So he pulled one tooth but there were others that needed to be extracted or the root canal. However when leaving it was confirmed that her insurance did cover root canal. So his wife Esther was very rude when returning my moms phone call about the insurance- she was yelling and very irate. I her daughter took over the call and advised that Dr.Bai 1) stated the insurance didn’t cover root canal then he also stated he would have those 3 options for my mother that could be done she advised that’s not what happened mind you she was not in the room, she kept talking over me and I eventually disconnected the call because not on
