I was very happy with the wait time, level of service and care that the staff from Monarch (Mesa location) provided. Valerie was super helpful in her knowledge and consultation. Suzy was delightful, professional and helped to calm my anxiety throughout. William was also pleasant in his demeanor and provided great dialogue and advice for my dental needs. Dr. Arab showcased strong interpersonal skills -was polite, friendly, and honest. He exercised his problem-solving skills and communicated a fair and compassionate plan that was suited to my specific needs. I am thankful to the entire team for providing such top tier customer service.

Everyone was very friendly, through and caring. I enjoyed my visit there. The dentist and hygienist asked me questions and were very gentle. They were concerned about any pain or discomfort. They also answered my questions, and gave me information and tips on care and good oral hygiene. The dentist kept asking me if I had any more questions or concerns that were not discussed yet. He was super through! I liked that.
