My kids have not been very cooperative lately due to there procedures but Cristina very nice lady helped me out so much with them and has more patience than me. Greatly appreciated with her
Did not appreciate to wait for 40 minutes in their waiting area for them to tell me to reschedule for later or another day all because front desk failed to realize I was already there and signed up for my 11 30 appointment (arrived at 11 20). At 11 50, they realized the mistake but Doctor thinks his time is more valuable than mine and although I have been waiting for them to see me he needs to go out for lunch.
I felt very comfortable and good around the assistants! Elizabeth was a great worker and is very gentle with me!
