I want to thank everyone there for making it as easy and understandable as possible. From check-in, x-rays, my treatment plan, and what my costs would be. Svezia walked me through all I will need to do and pay in a way that made me feel like I was in great hands. She was amazing. Thank you Aspen Dental. Can't wait to smile again.

The staff at Aspen were nothing but kind and friendly. I left today without getting a cleaning after my exam because the fees did not correlate with what my plan covered. And I have a great overall dental plan. Doing some calling around and see my overall coverage.

If I could give zero stars I would! This was the worst dental experience I have ever had! I came in because I wanted to have my teeth cleaned. That never happened. Here is their scam: They started out by making me wait. OK, I understand because I am new to the office and they seem busy. I finally get called back and they do a series of x-rays and scans. It all seems very above board and thorough. Next, I am sent to an exam room where I was made to wait for a very long time. I think I sat there for at least 30 minutes, if not more. I really wanted my teeth to be cleaned, so I just waited. Finally the hygienist comes in and does the gum exam where she calls out the numbers to someone who notes them on the computer. Nothing unusual here. I am then made to wait again for the dentist who finally comes in and does a quick exam of my teeth and says everything looks great. He even commented about how good my previous dental work was. At this point I am expecting to get my teeth cleaned, but in
