Brighter Smiles General & Cosmetic Dentistry

Today was my third appointment at Brighter Smiles with Dr. De La Puente and his team. I have now had an in depth consultation including X-rays and panoramic scans, a deep cleaning that left my teeth with the brightest shine they’ve ever had, and I got 3 fillings today done by Dr. De La Puente himself (and his dental assistant who was also great and extremely knowledgeable) and had the most pleasant and painless experience. However, none of these things are what impressed me most. Upon arrival to my 10am appointment this Monday morning, there was only one other person in the waiting room with their baby in a stroller. This person was speaking to Dr. De La Puente and his team extremely rudely, using profanity, and raising her voice. It was clear that the dispute was unnecessary and ultimately only due to the fact that the person expected to bring their infant into the office with her for her appointment. (This woman claimed to be an attorney so I would think it should be obvious for her

My first time here and they treated me like family. I was nervous and embarrassed about the current state of my dental hygiene; they made me feel like there was nothing abnormal. The time that the staff takes to educate you about your teeth is absolutely amazing.

Brighter smiles on pine island was phenomenal. The entire team is very knowledgeable and welcoming, they did an awesome job at making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire treatment plan. The dentist Luis did a great job with the dentistry work he did and was extremely knowledgeable, he made sure to be very thorough and made sure to not only assist me but educate me as well.
