We couldn't make our appointment today. We had someone hit our car and needed to reschedule. I was told there's a fee for not being able to make it. I'm not exactly happy right now. I'm not sure we're coming back.
I always have insane anxiety when going to the dentist but the entire staff at Modern Dental made me feel comfortable and welcome. It’s hard for me to sit in the dentist chair without wanting to run out the door Immediately but this place made me feel at ease. I really felt like they care about what best for me and charged me fairly for the work that needs to be done.
Everyone is so friendly and they explain every procedure that they're going to do before they do it. I've had no problems there it's a great experience you know when you're having dental work done. I will continue to use them going forward.
