Aspen Dental - Charleston, SC

Initially my purpose of visit is only looking for other options available for me. I was told (when I called to set up an appointment) that first visit is free-of-charge with comprehensive exam and xray! And I’m so shocked to see they billed me and my insurance! I did not get any treatment nor plan to proceed because everything feels off during my first visit. I didn’t take reviews here seriously, now I am a victim. Run, don't walk, away from them.

My experience was smooth and welcoming. The receptionist was courteous, the assistant Daniela was energetic at 7:30 am, the hygienist was informative & a great job cleaning, Dr. Stater educated me about the findings, and the financing clerk was accommodating. I was completely satisfied with the service as a new patient. Kudos to the entire staff! William R. Charleston, SC

Had to change from 5 star to 4 because the instruction I was given verbally is differebt than what's on the instruction paperwork. The receptionist is not as welcoming or enthusiastic as the rest of the staff. However my experience with my dental servicd was wonderful!
