I have been very happy since Dr Howard took over. I honestly was ready to find somebody new because the previous dentist(s) just did not work for me. It seems that the office is managed much better now-very professional (as it should be). Things happen on time and there is clear communication with us, patients.
No waiting. Hygienest, Heather, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The receptionist, can't remember her name, was very helpful with scheduling my follow-up appt.
Customer service was awesome, I’ll definitely recommend people to check y’all out. The dentist is a people person and will do what she can to help you.
