Aspen Dental - Grand Rapids, MI - Walker

So far today, I had the initial evaluation. I was very pleased with the staff and the dentist. They were very pleasant and smiled often. They knew the information. I was helped by several beautiful people. I was catfished by the dentist pic as it was not him when I saw him. I say this jokingly because he is 5star within himself.

One of the most glaring issues I encountered was Aspen Dental's apparent disregard for insurance verification before scheduling appointments or any form of communication with their staff regarding insurance matters. As a new patient, I believe it is fundamental for dental offices to streamline the process by confirming insurance details upfront, ensuring a smooth experience for both parties. Unfortunately, Aspen Dental seemed to overlook this essential step, leading to unnecessary delays and confusion during my visit. Gets the work done at an affordable price. However certain dentists will not warn you before they give you the numbing shot and personally that surprised me cause it hurts pretty bad in certain areas on the roof of the mouth so a little heads up woulda been cool in my unprofessional opinion lol. Overall would suggest this location though!
