This place is great! I'm 35 years old and my 20-year-old permanent retainer broke on a Thursday night. They were the only orthodontist open on a Friday and I called to see if I could buy some wax to cover the poking wires through the weekend. Not only did they invite me in (as I'm not a patient), but they actually put me in a chair real quick and the doctor shaved it right off for free so I could be comfortable! Now I don't even need to go to the dentist! Can't thank you enough for your kindness, Dr. Karhohs & staff.
Dr. Karhohs is one of the most down-to-earth health professionals I've had the pleasure of being treated by. He genuinely cared about correcting my teeth as well as my three siblings'. I couldn't be happier with the results and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for integrity and great results.
We were on vacation and my granddaughter had a problem with her wires. We were hoping to get some wax for her as the hotel accidentally threw hers out. The doctor and staff were extremely nice. They went above and beyond to insure we had a pain free vacation. Thank you for the help.
