I was born missing a lateral incisors and the other incisor was a peg tooth. As a result, I have had extensive dental work that has been replaced multiple times since the age of 16 (30 years ago). This is the first time that I had 0 pain or discomfort in the old bridge removal and temp placement. They are fast and it was a great experience. There were 0 issues with taking my dental insurance and accepting the contracted amount. 10/10 recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at NorthPointe Family Dental today. The team seemed very engaged and ethical through the door. I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcomed by Amber- checking in was easy, even though I had some details to attend to... it all made sense and went smoothly. I had my first cleaning with Marcy, a great dental hygienists who really cultivated an unjudged and inclusive environment! She did an amazing job and I cannot fully express more good graces for her, as she is quite the team player! That said, Dr. Yun was awesome!! He continued the generous welcome and explained everything and made me feel very comfortable with his systems-based and greater good approach. I am very impressed and would highly recommend NorthPointe, as they practice stewardship and fully understand results-oriented dentistry! Glad to be a life long patient, If you're on the fence- give them a shot! I'm sure the care and stewardship will reverberate through your experience as well!

They make payments easy, they care about your needs. They treat you, as if they were doing their own teeth. Checking and rechecking their examinations. Keeping up with dental devices to improving your experience. An when is all said and done, the staff respect one another, which rolls down to you as a patient. (Client)
