Dr. Kelsie Jack is fantastic! This was my first appointment that I had to bring my newborn daughter to with me - when she started to fuss, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Very happy with my experience!

Over the top “hospitality” if you will! I have been to a few dentists over time as I have had teeth implants done. They treated me as family literally and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process of filings. They were able to squeeze me in as a new patient fairly quickly for a cleaning and evaluation of my teeth. I would highly recommend you give them a try! Dr Kelsie is amazing!

DO NOT GO HERE! They will bill your insurance for procedures NOT reviewed OR completed. Currently reporting to the state for fraud AND harassment. I will be adding redacted copies of the statement we agreed to prior to treatment and the statement from our insurance where Auburn Family Dental added all kinds of additional codes that were NOT covered. I have added images of the submitted claims, noting the treatment for the left side was not completed. Everyone should notice the significant increase from the $175 to $242 on the D4342 code as well as the increase from $11 to $23 D4921 code, both of the codes submitted 3 times. Increasing and inflating our claim and bill to you significantly. Then the code for D0120 was added in as an extra benefit to yourself for an additional $67 claim.
