Extremely great service works with patients on billing issues thank you very much

The first call is directed to a call center. I had X-rays/consult one day and went back for a cleaning another day. If you need to do all in one day, check that they can accommodate your schedule. But the X-ray tech, Roomina, was great! Dr Kean, was friendly and efficient. I had a good experience.

My family and I have been patients of Brident Dental for over 3 years and this is the first time I have been treated so poorly. From the moment I arrived at the office they didn't even say good afternoon to me, Priscila, the manager who was the one who attended me, came out of her office and directly asked me for my date of birth. When I gave her my information she told me that they could not attend me because I had arrived late, my appointment was at 12PM and I arrived at 12:13PM, which I do not understand because I know very well that they have a 15 minute waiting time policy and also on multiple occasions I have waited more than an hour for them to attend me and I have done it without any problem. After showing the manager the time and proving that I was within the time limit, she changed her version and told me that they still could not attend me because they did not have enough staff.
