Initially, I was scared to death, but they reassured me that everything would be okay, and it turned out just fine! The front office staff are friendly and professional. The workers in the back are just as pleasant. They took care of me as if I was their own! The doctor explained everything to me thoroughly. I am pleased with this Castle Dental. Thanks everyone for doing such amazing job! I will be sure to recommend you all to my family and friends. Thanks again! P.s Day one after the treatment, I am feeling fine. Not a lot of swelling but I did bleed very badly in my bottom right gum. It stopped now and I feel good. ☺️ I’m a happy camper!

This was my first visit to a Castle Dental location. The location was off the Beltway /Pearland Parkway next to the Target I’m very sorry to say, I was so disappointed with the offices lobby appearance. Honestly, I was thinking of leaving when I walked in. But the reception was friendly. I have never seen an office with every chair that was at some point a fake black leather and every chair was 85 % totally peeled. The floor actually reflected the dirty chair pieces. I was with my husband who was and had been in pain. So, we both decided to try this office and dentist. Upon calling for an appointment I asked for a dentist that was experienced. That request was fulfilled. Thankfully, Dr. Shepard was very nice and knowledgeable as well as her assistants. However, the wait time was over an hour and we waited another hour and half for paperwork to describe our future plans and cost. I was not comfortable with any office where your first appearance does not represent at least some chairs

Not the best service. I felt rushed and didn’t receive an explanation of my visit and gameplan moving forward. I waited almost a hr after my set appointment, which is never I issue. But the exam only lasted 5 minutes and immediately got sent over to billing. I was never asked my pain level, understanding of the treatment or anything that you would expect during a doctors/ dental visit. The professionalism of this facility is below average. I would not be returning.
