Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics

On May 09th 2023 This dental office was on my insurance website, so I made an appointment for ortrho. An appointment was made for may 11th at 330pm. I called this am left a message asking for a earlier appointment only for someone to call me 30 minutes b4 the 330 appointment to say my insurance isnt accepted when i had to get my child out of school and travel 25 minutes to get to the office . Customer service definitely isn't priority at this local and i am so happy we wont be woth this office. Spoke to the manager and she was very nice welcomed us in with additional options. I could tell the call center was who i dealt with no compassion or customer service skills. All the noise in the background was a dead give away. Negative 1 for call center.

I love this place, my kids love this place. Everything is so fun and everyone is super nice. My kids are actually excited to go tothe dentist now.

First time visiting today....loved the experience....all staff members were amazing...including the dentist....usually my daughter is scared of the dentist...but she was calmed and relaxed....Wait time was a little longer than expected but overall great office...I think we might be swapping our current dentist to Rodeo❤️
