The staff is super friendly and the assistant was so very patient with my daughter. She explained everything to her thoroughly to where she understood and helped her overcome her anxious state. Definitely glad we decided to go to this location for her braces, so far good experience.
Everyone in the staff was really nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure, would recommend it 10 out of 10 :)
No waiting, everyone was professional and explained everything very clearly to me. I was having to have a deep clean and was a bit nervous about it. The Hygienist was very patient and explained every step and after care to me, answering all questions and concerns to me. In the end, it was quick and painless. This entire staff at this Pasadena location are always cheerful and welcoming.
