Just started getting back on track with my dental and decided to give Castle Dental a try. They did a great job on setting me up for appointments and updates on a new crown and cleaning. The manager offered payment plans for the dental services and overall did a great job on keeping up with my satisfaction on the service. I highly recommend this location for all dental services, I will be doing business with them again, the team and management is great here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Experience here was terrible. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment with Dr. Eakin at noon to have enough time to fill out paperwork. This was a visit for check up and cleaning. I was given the paperwork right at noon and told to call my insurance. By the time I finished the check-in process it was 12:15-12:20. I waited and didn’t get brought back until 12:50 to start x-rays. Was taken back to “see” the doctor at 1:30, to be surprised with “the doctor has gone to lunch, will be back at 2”. Being a patient person, I agreed to wait until 2. Finally get brought back to see the doctor, which by now they switched the provider to Dr. Dominguez. She examined my teeth for a few seconds then tells me I need to see the oral hygienist first. After the oral hygienist finishes, she says the doctor will come in. I wait longer, nothing. Finally a front desk staff comes in and says someone is going to come in to discuss pricing with me i

Nice friendly atmosphere, everyone is conscious of your presence and eager to assist you. Pricing is HIGH if you don’t have decent insurance coverage. They have various resources for helping you finance cost of services recommended.
