Front desk staff, dental assistants and others were polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Dentist was affable, recognized me and asked me about my health. It had been about a year since I had been to see my dentist. All good things to say about the place , people and professionalism.
Not a great experience. Very nice workers, but the wait time was way too much in my opinion. No one seemed to care about how long patients were waiting either. Not sure if 1.5 hours at the dentist for a new patient exam is normal, but it definitely seemed too long to me.
I have been going here for 3 years and I love the doctor. He has a steady hand and is very patient and understanding. I am not a person who likes the dentist, but every time I come here… I love the experience.
