They pushed me into services that I originally declined, but they ultimately convinced me to do anyway. I paid my bill in store like I always do. Months later, they are hounding me for collections because the service they pushed me into was not covered by insurance, which was part of the reason I declined it in the first place. Now their collections team is continuously calling me to settle the balance, and refuse to make adjustments. Don't waste your time here.
I cannot stress more to avoid this location and Dr. Mihaela Atanasiu. She will misdiagnose you an effort to bill your more, especially if you're a DMO patient. She is unprofessional and looking to make profits and not actually care for people's dental health. Stay away.
Called to make an appointment and no one answered. Filled out a form to request an appointment online and nobody reached back out. I even left a voicemail with my call back number. Won’t waste my time here again
