Chicago Loop Dentistry

Chicago Loop Dentistry is fabulous! I needed to establish a dentist in the city & found Dr Mehta through our same alma mater. Upon coming, I had many a problem to be addressed and she was great about explaining everything, offering a payment plan (if needed), and got all of the work done in one day! Chante at the front is so helpful & Kayla the hygienist is so friendly, gentle, and has great tips! Overall would recommended coming here any day!

UPDATE: I can no longer give a 5 star rating due to the company that Chicago Loop uses for their teeth straightening services. I spent about $2,500 to have my top teeth straightened (I had braces as a teenager but over time my teeth started drifting). I was told that I could use the final aligner as a nightguard/retainer to keep my teeth aligned. What I wasn't informed of is that the company they use can no longer provide the final aligner after more than 3-4 months have passed. You have to go in and get your mouth fitted again. After 2 years of wearing my final aligner nightly, I left my aligner behind. I called to order a new one and that's when I was told that I could no longer order one. Had this been expressed to me 2 years ago, I would have ordered a duplicate. Fortunately, I should be able to retrieve the aligner from where it was left next month, and after using it again for a few months, I'm going to order one of those custom retainers online to serve as a backup should my cur

Everyone at this office is extremely kind and genuine. From my first day here, I have never felt judged or ashamed. I’ve had several negative dentist experiences in the last, but Dr. Jessica has changed that for me. I’m very happy with their work, and even more so their customer service.
