I had my root canal done by Dr. Mohamad Fayad on March 14, 2023. Dr Fayad, together with his assistant, Lily, were very patient, friendly and courteous. I always feel nervous with any type of dental work, but the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Fayad and all the staff really soothed my nerve and calm me down. Lily was very attentive to my needs from start to finish. The only issue I had was to locate the office building. I used Google map to take me to the address which turned out to be a huge shopping center. The office building was nowhere in sight. I called the dental office and Lily, Dr. Fayad's assistant, was very patient and helpful. Lily guided me through, over the phone, all the way to drive to the closest parking lot, walk to the mall entrance and to the office building. The duration was over 5 minutes and Lily was with me the whole time. If it is your first time to visit the office, make sure to get the detailed direction beforehand.

The doctors and the staff are so nice, explaining every detail and being very reassuring - especially when you are in so much pain! Would recommend 10/10

Dr. Aga Chruszczyk was outstanding. I really appreciated her calming and soothing manner and her constant explanation of what she was doing. The root canal on a tooth that had a filling from 50 years ago required a two-step, two day process. Both visits went smoothly and without any discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Chruszczyk. I couldn't have been better taken care of.
