I came in as a new patient needing a lot of work and a bit of confidence (I am terrified of the dentist). Dr. Tsankis and Anna made me feel comfortable and explained everything that needed to be done as plainly as possible. I would definitely recommend his office to anyone looking for a new dentist. Especially patients that have a fear or some reservations about seeing the dentist.
Unhelpful receptionists that are robotic and unpersonable. The dentists may be great but I’ll never know cause I’m going somewhere else for my dental care.
Great experience at my recent dental appointment at City Dental DC. Everyone was extremely courteous, my appointment started on time, the staff were friendly and efficient, and Dr. Tsaknis was excellent. It was clear throughout the encounter that my comfort was of the utmost importance.
