CSRA Endodontics, office of Dr. Brian Olson

Dr. Olson and his staff were very caring and professional. This was my first time having any major work done and he and his staff were excellent! They all listened and let me ask all the questions I wanted and answered each one thoroughly and patiently. Dr. Olson made me feel comfortable and I was a peace through the procedure. Usually I have high anxiety related to dental work, but I felt calm and reassured through the entire process. He did a great job and I have experienced no pain aside from minor discomfort in the recovery process. I trust him and his staff.

Please don’t go here , does not give correct evaluations and whole staff including the so called owner “Brian Olson” is extremely unprofessional and down right rude. Please go anywhere else but here! You could get a better evaluation from a sea lion at a zoo

On August 8, 2022 I got a Root Canal from Dr Olson. Previously I had contacted CSRA Endodontics because my dentist said I had an abscess and needed a root canal and suggested Dr. Olson because I had been there previously. The office then said he could work me in his schedule. I asked what the charges should be and was told $1495. I asked if they accepted United Concordia dental insurance and she responded yes and I said that was great because my insurance would pay 40% of the charges; however, when I checked out the charges were $1655 and I would have to pay $1296. The office admin lady then informed me they did not accept United Concordia as Primary Insurance. Why didn't she inform me of this on my initial call when I said they would pay 40% of the charges. This is an unethical practice that everyone should know about. I would have never made the appointment if I knew they did accept United Concordia as a primary insurance. I am contacting every VFW post within 25 miles, all retired
