Braces bonded 18 days later brackets and wire loose (fixed same day) , 2 days after fixed loose again fixed again. Six days later same brackets and wires loose after requesting that the Dr himself do the work. Too many students doing the work. Had I been informed that this was a dental school ... I would have went somewhere else. Unprofessional staff at Warrensville location. It’s always someone different don’t the fixing. They tried to blame it on the child. I have a child that’s allergic to everything and won’t eat anything. Dr should do the initial application of braces himself.

Currently a patient here. Ive had my braces on for 4 years. No one knows when they will come off. I paid my balance off in the first year, so its not my fault. Today is August 4, 2017, my braces were supposed to come off August 2015. The staff is friendly though

Dr. Kates has been my orthodontist since 2009. Since completing my treatment in 2011, I have been 100% satisfied with the results! Dr. Kates is passionate about his patients, practice and staff, he's awesome!! All I needed was $199 to start, I did not need a down payment or insurance, there was no credit check or interest for my payment plan!! I never had to wait long at my appointments, the staff was always polite to me, the office was always clean and the office managers always made sure I was taken care of at every visit! I love this office and will refer Dr. Kates to everyone!! Oh, Dr. Kates gives referral credits and sibling discounts! Who can top that????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
