Dr. Benita and her staff are so caring and professional who takes real responsibility and care of me as a patient! I brought all my family to dr. Benita. Being one of those naturally anxious people, who also fear the dentist, really makes it hard to turn this into a positive experience. From the beginning, Dr. Binita took the time to work with me through my triggers and talked me through all of my concerns. She coverer all of my options for a long overdue extraction and helped me decide what the best plan of action is for my long-term goals. The entire staff has been personable and even had me giggling during the procedure. I was convinced I hated dentistry but this entire process has been pain-free and emotionally comfortable. Dr. Binita even answered the phone once when I called the office, and answered my questions on the spot! When has a doctor ever answer the office phone?! She's incredible. 10:10 highly recommend. Kind, thorough, beautiful atmosphere… I love it here!!! My teeth have extra tartar buildup and I need extra cleanings. The first time I came I didn’t have childcare and they entertained my three-year-old for the entire visit. They let him watch a movie on the computer upfront and come into the room and hold my hand whenever he wanted. They also gave him crayons and something to color on. It meant so much to me! When they clean the extra tartar buildup, they’re so gentle! I’ve never had a Dentist be so gentle with the cleaning! I also have some extra sensitive spots and they’ve been very careful and thoughtful in those areas. I don’t want to go anywhere else. I love this dentist and have every intention of making this my permanent dentistry for my family.
