Stellar Dental Noda

My wife and I both have left this practice because of our frustration with their billing practices. Our insurance coverage has consistently offered 1 fully covered cleaning each year but Stellar seems to always find a way to add charges that the insurance company rejects leaving me a bill. I have refused to pay this on principle and it has now gone to a collection agency. I called the agency today to offer to settle for 50%. (Bill is under $100.00) but Stellar is not open to this. My expectation is for Stellar to change their practices and come to a fair resolve. Will they??

I had a great experience here in Feb 2023. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and made it as painless an experience as possible. I had x-rays and a routine cleaning done, and they did an efficient and thorough job. I called about an insurance question afterwards and they explained that well, too. My favorite part of the practice is how they show cute animal videos during your cleaning. Much more calming than staring at a blank wall! Stellar Dental lives up to its name and will certainly be my regular dental practice from here on out.

Highly recommend this place! I recently moved and was having some pain with a tooth. I was able to get an appointment within days and have x-rays and cleaning done in one visit. Something I appreciate is when a dentist takes the time to show you what is going on. I learned I had a bad filling and Dr. Rogers showed me the image and explained what needed to happen. I felt taken care of and she took the time to explain how the treatment plan worked.
