Dual Image Dentistry and Orthodontics

What a great staff !!! Dr.Watson is new at the Matheson location and let me tell you she and her assistant were wonderful today. Friendly faces and caring people !! I highly recommend them if you need dental services.

I have mixed feelings about this review, the doctor’s were nice but left my work incomplete. I initially went there due to spacing and creating room for an implant. My insurance paid half and I paid the other out of pocket for traditional braces. My braces finally come off I go to my dentist and he said I still had a lot of spacing the needed to be closed on my lower backs and that if they were going to do the work they need to do it all the way. I went back to the office they did an exam and took pictures. They showed me pictures of when I had my braces on as comparison and I notice they never had brackets on my lower back so the spacing was always there even though the treatment I paid for. They quoted me another $2400 for 3-5month treatment, when they should have closed this spacing the first time around. They left it there and expect me to pay even more for them to fix it. I really can’t believe it, I should have done more research prior to picking Dual Image.

I had a fantastic experience at Dual Image. I came for a cleaning and ended up coming back the following week for a few cavity fillings, and couldn't have asked for more helpful, friendly, and thorough staff. For the first time in my adult life, I'm not dreading my next trip to the dentist! 5 of 5. =)
