I had an emergency with a crown, ( my fault, and done in a different State) as always excellent service, very friendly, I highly recommend Dentists of Stone Oak.

Go see Dr. Dossett! He is very kind and personable and expresses a genuine interest in your overall dental health. He answered all my questions and proposed a treatment plan I could understand. His Dental assistant Ashley was friendly and very knowledgeable. Jolynn the benefits coordinator was super helpful in explaining my benefits. Last but not least, Michelle the dental hygienist, oh my goodness! I enjoyed my cleaning with her. She made it so fun and comfortable giving me tips for great oral health. Thank you guys very much!

I'm a new patient and I'm less than impressed. It took numerous requests and 5 days to get my cost estimate for a periodontal procedure. Once I got that estimate by email, I tried several phone calls and emails to inquire about financing. You're on hold for 20 minutes before you get to talk to someone and once you get someone they can only offer a callback which never happens. One person, Becca, was explaining that to me while eating a bag of potato chips in my ear. I'm regretting going there. Zero stars.
