I was surprised to see that my dentist of over ten years was no longer there. At 281 n Evans Rd across near Panda Express. There was a different hygienist as well. My feedback to them both, to be a little more gentler. Although i was very appreciative of my second appt on Saturday. Went in for temp crown. Took a while, my old crown wouldn't come off. Good experience. Ty for opening on Saturday. Front desk staff super nice. Ty for everything

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had the most insane healthcare experience of my life at monarch dental and I’m a healthcare worker myself so I understand how patient care should be. I made this appointment several weeks ago and specifically took time off from a busy clinical schedule for an exam and a cleaning. I was told to be there at 3pm in order to be able to get both the exam and the cleaning done the same day. The hygienist came to the room and looked at my teeth and said I needed a regular cleaning and walked away. 20 minutes later, as I waited in the dental chair, the dentist comes for my exam and said I needed a regular cleaning and left. I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for the hygienist to come for my cleaning, only to be told by the secretary that I was done for the day and that both the hygienist and dentist had left the building for the weekend. I was instructed to leave the building by the staff because there was no one there to do my scheduled clean

Dr. Ibrahim and staff were wonderful. They treated me kindly and respectfully. Dr. Ibrahim and the hygienist were kind and explained everything clearly. They didn’t make me feel ashamed of my “bad teeth” and set up a plan for me to get my dental health back on track. Dr. Ibrahim is by far the best dentist I have ever been to in my life! I never even felt him numbing me. Highly recommend them!
