It is easy to make an appointment if you have an emergency on the website. Dr. Beal & staff are excellent at taking care of their patients. Any questions I have about the bill, treatments, or appointments & they are ready to explain. They are all friendly & understanding. Thank-you for taking good care of me & my family.

Appt with Dr..was great. Front office needs to be more consistent in how they treat and respond to patients. Lately, the front office seems stressed or unhappy about their job and it is felt by us. I am already looking around for another dental office as I dont feel Canyon front office values their customers. It is sad, because I like my dental hygienist and dentist..but the front offices sets the vibe of the place.

I have been going to Canyon Dental for over 3 years now and ever since Brident Dental has gotten involved it is very difficult to get an appointment. First you are answered by a 3rd party answering service who then transfers you to Canyon Dental which never answers. So then.....you get transferred back to the third party answering service who says they will schedule a call back to obtain an appointment. I have a cracked tooth and I have been waiting for 3 days now for a call back. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
