Dentists On Washington

I hate the dentist… so much so I didn’t go for some time & ended up needing pretty extensive work done. I’m so so happy I found this dental office! They’re very transparent with what they’re charging, they’re professional, have really great bedside manner, & do a phenomenal job making you feel comfortable. I had 7 cavities filled. It was painless & took the exact amount of time I was quoted. Couldn’t speak more highly of this office. From the dentist to the front desk to the assistants. Very happy, highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to begin. Everyone here was so lovely. From the front office staff to the Hygienist to Dr. Costello and Dr. Ngo. I’ve never had a tooth extracted before and was so absolutely scared to death about getting 2 wisdom teeth pulled but everyone here made it feel a lot less scary. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and explained to me that my comfort was the most important part of everything. I’m still recovering now but wanted to make sure I stopped by here to thank everyone again. I could go on and on about how great u all are but I’m gonna get back to resting. Thank u all again! :)

This would have been my ideal and regular dentist but both time I went, I've had negative experience. Dr. Costello is very condescending and immature if he is asked questions. He left me in the chair abruptly because I was asking too many questions and didn't even tell me he was done. I waited there for 10 min+ and he was just ignoring the situation. Such childish behavior. There are other folks i know in the area says they make you do procedures when it's not absolutely necessary. I've decided to take my business elsewhere. If you can't respect your patients and treat them with value, then you should not be in this field. Dentist here has too much ego. I'll comeback here when he no longer works here.. but I guess they own the practice?
