This place is great! The front desk support was perfect. Scheduling was easy and they accommodated me for an emergency appointment. Dr Hassler is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.
This office is closed. I got a text message “confirming” my Thursday appointment, walked all the way there to find the doors locked and lights off. No explanation or notice. New management is taking over the location in a few weeks.
I visited this dentist twice with no problems. They rescheduled my 3rd appointment, which I didn't mind. When I showed up for the 3rd appointment, the doors were locked. I called to find out what happened. They had no excuse and just said they were closed. Why did they schedule me for a time they were closed?! When I told the girl on the phone that I'm done with this place, she hung up on me.
