In the office they are very nice but it is very misleading (so don't be fooled by the smiles) because you wait to be attended an hour plus, all they do is chit chat and joke around while treating patients with their mouths wide open and because they do this they make a lot of mistakes. They rush your process even if you have concerns based on your teeth. Parents are not allowed to enter the office with their children (BIG MISTAKE ON THE PARENTS PART FOR ALLOWING THIS). They do not accommodate the patient whatsoever and they also do not cut or fix the retainers therefore the whole process is very uncomfortable. DO NOT use their services. Listen to the reviews and go somewhere else.

I love this orthodontist office. The ladies are always so nice, professional and efficient. Sometimes I’ve even brought my infant in with me and they have been so sweet about helping me while I get my braces tightened. They are truly the best orthodontist office I’ve been too.

The doctor is very respectful. The staff are nicetoo. However, poor efficiency fanancing payments don't do their job it is very stressful ???? and every time, they get worse. They don't do well at sending claims Communication with the insurance carrier .. and with appointment horrible poor Communication with patients. What a waste.
