All the staff is wonderful, they are very friendly, familiar and very professional. My family and I have been with Dr. Teran for approximately 10 years and I plan to continue with them.
I scheduled as a new patient for a 2:45pm appointment for a cleaning. Arrived to the office at 2:30pm. By 3:50pm, I was still in the lobby waiting to be called ! Terrible wait times for a new patient. I also noticed another patient walked in at about 3pm and got called in right away! Cancelled my appointment and will not go to that office ever again. Terrible service specially for a potential “new patient”. Wasted my time with absolutely no regard.
Clean office! Professional staff and very nice as well. Dr. Terran is the only dentist out the many I visited that offered and recommended to fix this small chip on one of my front teeth. That meant so much to me. I would definitely recommend this dentist office with no worries. They are an amazing group of people and the dentist I did not catch her name was simply AMAZING!!!
