I went for a crown replacement and they had to get rid of a cavity on the existing tooth. The appointment started off well; I paid for it all and started around 4pm with everything was going smoothly. I was told by the assistant that it would take about 1.5 hours. The doctor was fast and maybe a little rough, but it was fine. After doing all the filing/drilling/etc., the doctor left me with an assistant to fit the temporary crown. The assistant took an additional hour and broke the temp crown 3 times before the head assistant/manager Alicia had to come to do the job herself. The numbing from the filing was already starting to fade away by this time. During all this, I ask for the doctor multiple times, first to be told “he’s busy,” THEN only to find out he’s already left “for a meeting,” and I’m the last person walking out the door. My appointment was at 3:30, and I left at 6pm frustrated and in tears and pain. It all felt very careless and that I was just someone for that assistant to

I had an outstanding experience at the dental office. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the dentist provided top-notch care with a personal touch. Every step of my treatment was explained with clarity and patience. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for professional and compassionate dental care.

I have been coming here for many years. They are super professional, quick to be seen and do a very thorough job with cleanings. I’ve done root canals, cleanings, repaired a permanent retainer and nightguard. Every experience has been done well. They have very new tech equipment. The staff is super awesome and polite. Will continue coming here and would highly recommend to others
