I usually don’t post negative comments I had 2 procedures from this dentist The first went very well and the second didn’t But that’s not his fault The tooth needed extraction not a root canal The problem was in the total lack of empathy or sympathy he had for my situation At one point he left the room for about 10 minutes with no explanation He angrily and repeatedly asked me to keep my mouth open, which of course I was certainly trying to do He was unable to complete a root canal I left in significant pain with no pain Rx given to me As I searched for days for someone to remove the tooth the pain became worse and I called the office to discuss it with him and ask for something for pain I never received a callback
Outstanding! Amazing! The best ever! My root canal went super fast and easy! I was so nervous. But the worst part was the numbing needle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Absolutely everyone in the office is so caring????
As an anxious patient easing myself back into dentistry, Dr. Jenkins and his staff made me feel very comfortable! The 3D x-ray is cool.
