This office has one of the best customer service in the area. The staff were always smiling and extremely friendly. Dr Tello was very patient and provided answers to all my questions with recommendations. Carolina the DA and Phi the hygienist were great!

Be careful going there, I have been seen here a few times. Everyone is nice for the most part. I came in today, and something wasn't right about what they were charging me. I asked them about my insurance they told me they were running my insurance, I called my insurance, and they are not even in network with my insurance and that DreamWorks was running old numbers when they use to be in network with them. Not one time did the lady tell me that. I told the lady at the front, and they didn't care. So all this time I have paid more than what I should've paid and they knew it. I will never go back there, They are just looking, money.

Had an awesome experience at this clinic especially with the hygienist phi she was great she make me feel so comfortable when I was nervous and she did a great job on my cleaning and was very helpful. She also educated me in proper hygiene ,will definitely keep going to her to have my cleaning done by her.
