Disclaimer: I have given this practice a week to follow up and nothing has changed, so I felt compelled to share my experience. My adult dental journey has been quite interesting and after getting the remainder of my mouth in a good place, I decided to pursue my goal of straight teeth by getting Invisalign. After researching online, I discovered that Birth & Fletcher accepts my insurance. When I went to their website, I requested a consultation. Unfortunately, it was 3 weeks out (that becomes important later). But I scheduled the consultation and waited for the day to come. When the day of my consultation arrived, I made sure to get to the dental office early in case I needed to confirm any last minute information. I walked in and no one greeted me.
