Trying to explain to the woman what’s going on and she immediately interrupts me for my name. Meanwhile I’ve been having anxiety attack after anxiety attack all weekend because a filling they gave me years ago came out and I’m trying to get in asap to get it replaced.
Billing Department are carelessly and horrible in documenting my automatic checks sent every month to be there for the 1st each month. I've had to call 4-5 times now because they screw up posting them. I'm tired of getting notices that I own 1-2 missed payments and told I could jeopardize my coverage. No I'm not going to send you any more check pictures. Your workers need to do their job.
