I switched to Western Dental a few months ago after my previous dentist stopped taking my insurance. So far, I have been very favorably impressed with Dr. Thomas. He is a professional who performs his work with skill. He also takes the time to explain what he's going to do, why and what to expect. The office staff also has been courteous, responsive and helpful. In sum, I am glad I was able to switch to this dental practice. Their work and service are first rate.
This is a great dental office, everyone does a great job and deeply cares for the patients. Dr. Thomas takes his time to hear your concerns. Also, I love the new look of the back rooms.
We had a very good experience in Western Dental. The procedure and cost were informed clearly in advance and the dental filling and cleaning for my daughter was done without any issues.
