First visit and I have to say I was impressed! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The offices are clean and well appointed and the pace isn't so rapid that I had trouble keeping up. Everything I need was discussed in full and simply so that I could understand and retain. Very surprised when next a appointment was made only a week away vs. months! Will update this as time and appointments go by.

I’ve been a patient for 2 years my doctor has been more than Good To Me, she goes the extra mile for her clients and if she is not comfortable with something she will definitely let you know! I can’t speak for any other DR’S at the office, my doctor in the front office really care about their patience and for that! I will forever be a patient at Family Dental Hull Street/ Richmond, VA!

Worst dentist ever. Having an appointment is useless because you don’t get called back until a hour after your appointment. Very unprofessional. They was more interested in playing with a chameleon then actually working. Would not recommend nobody to EVER go to this dentist unless you like your time being wasted.
