The appointment itself wasn’t bad. Very simple and easy. But I planned on getting the initial appointment done today and then signing up once I got the financials planned out. The girl who took my pictures then told me I wouldn’t be able to do that, that I’d have to sign today and start paying or come back another time and get another scan done because the system does not save the scans unless you go through with the whole process. I live an hour away so this was quite frustrating considering I was not told this before the appointment. I then asked about getting the free whitening kit that was mentioned several times in my appointment confirmation. The exact wording used in my email was “ P.S. You'll get free premium teeth whitening and an accelerator light ($49) at the end of your appointment.” The girl then told me that’s only if I sign up. I told her that’s not what the email said, that it just said I got it if I came to the appointment. She said it shouldn’t have said that and that

I actually really enjoyed the scan appointment. It was fun! The staff was so friendly and made me very comfortable. They did everything to help me get to the right place AND Shelby patiently answered any questions I had. The 3D image scanner was SO COOL! I am 100% confident my liners made from the scan will fit better and be more comfortable than what I got from chomping on a mouth of clay paste back in middle school. The swag bag and other promos were also a fun perk ???? Go in if you’re thinking about it!

Had a pretty pleasant experience. The service was absolutely phenomenal! ;)
