I think I have died and gone to dental heaven! This was a 10 out of 10 experience. The front desk staff and ease of scheduling was flawless. Facility is beautiful and clean. The dental assistant was kind, warm, welcoming, efficient and then came the Dr.! Oh my! I instantly found my forever dentist. Calm, soothing demeanor and I could not have asked for better. I’ve only been here 7 weeks and the search is over! Thank you to all that made my first visit PERFECT!!!!
I highly recommend Dr. Maizan at Franklin dental care. I’ve seen at least a dozen dentists, and he is by far the very best! He is very personable, meticulous, and treats you like family. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a dentist and I’m happy to be one of those people. He goes above and beyond any doctor I’ve ever known. And he always checks in with me after each appointment to make sure that I am satisfied and/or have any questions.
The Doctor and Hygienist were friendly and professional, the service was good from their part. However, Franklin Dental is now a premiere provider and no longer a PPO. Based on that, they never informed me before rendering services that there will be an out of pocket charge and after my appointment was over when checking out I was informed that I had to pay $97.20. I was a little taken back because I have never had to pay when getting a cleaning and a check up. The front desk should have let me know that there will be a fee due to Franklin Dental changing their provider options.
