My experience with Dr. Irelan was nothing short of wonderful. He and his assistant, Josh, put me at ease immediately from the moment I walked in their door. Having had two bad root canal experiences, I was a nervous wreck knowing I needed to have yet another root canal. Dr. Irelan and Josh explained everything thoroughly, they made sure that I was comfortable at all times, and showed great compassion and kindness while keeping me calm. I cannot thank them enough for the way they took away my anxiety, fear, and discomfort during each of my visits to their office. I would highly recommend Dr. Irelan and cannot express enough how wonderful he and his staff are. You will not be disappointed with their bedside manner, empathy, expertise, and professionalism that they show to you.
My 20 year old son had a tooth break and needed a root canal, I knew from experience that it was not the wisest choice to do a root canal with a general dentist however our insurance didn't have an Endodontist in network within a 100 miles so I began to call around trying to get insurance answers and find help for my son. I called multiple places but the staff at Franklin Endodontics were the only people who took the time to help me find answers. Although we were not able to go through our insurance we decided to move forward and have Dr. Irelan do the procedure. And the office was able to help us set up payments, interest free, with CareCredit. Not only did the procedure go well, before the procedure Dr. Irelan took time to walk us through everything and welcomed our questions. I had quite a few, as I have become quite skeptical, due to dental trauma of my own, but Dr. Irelan didn't take offense and was very understanding. Of course a root canal is only one step in the process.
