Dr. Rachels and his staff are the absolute best. The office is immaculate and all the equipment looks like state of the art. I've been bringing my kids to see him for over a year and they were so fantastic with my boys that I decided to go ahead and have my teeth examined and cleaned even though it had been more than a few years. Don't hesitate if you are in the same boat, there was no judgement or pain. Just a very professional and pleasant experience and they took the time to go over the xrays and explain everything in as much detail as I wanted. And if I can be perfectly frank, I have been to dentists in the past that have been ready to bust out the drill and get into your wallet even if you didn't really need any procedures. Dr. Rachels, on the other hand, is as honest, professional, and kind as they come. If you are looking for someone you can trust, look no further.

The office staff was wonderful in explaining what to expect for my first visit. The rooms are set up to minimize having to move around which made for an easy experience. Both the hygienist and the dentist took time to go over my assessment, cleaning and recommendations for continued care without making me feel rushed. They were respectful of my time and concerns, and I am excited for my next visit!
