These reviews are lies or have not experienced great dental service I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dental office. The receptionist completely ignored me when I walked in, turning her back and continuing her conversation. The dentist did not inform me when they were about to start a procedure and dropped a light on my face without an apology. They also had a conversation about a funeral while I was in the chair. The dental hygienist was rude and lacked empathy, and the overall experience was chaotic with staff running between patients and rooms. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of care is completely unacceptable.
Andrew was amazing !! Took my 3 year old daughter for a cleaning he was very patient with her with her asking a lot of questions . Explained everything that he was going to be doing . He’s amazing !! Would highly recommend Andrew !!
I have been coming to Gentle Dental. For at least 5yrs or more. They are always very polite and caring. And provide excellent care to their patients.
