There were several problems during my visit, but we were able to resolve all issues. I visited the Indio, CA location today at 9:00 AM (opening time). Even though there were several problems during your visit, all issues were resolved and because of this, I am giving them 5 stars. I scheduled my appointment in person on Monday afternoon and were verbally told that they will confirm your insurance before the appointment. They took down my contact information and never called. When I checked in this morning, they had never performed their due diligence on my insurance. However, they were very professional and apologized and performed the insurance check while I waited in the lobby. They asked for the reason for the visit and as I stated on Monday, I was only there for a routine teeth cleaning. They called me up after confirming my insurance and asked me to fill out the new patient forms. Once everything was signed and submitted, they stated that they would call my name while I wait in th

Horrible place with no customer service skills. I didn’t even make it in to see dentist. I walked out of there and will not reschedule. The receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. She didn’t greet me as I stepped up to the counter, just smacked her gum and looked at me as if I was inconveniencing her. The information I was given when I called their “scheduling center” wasn’t the same as what I was told in office. Save yourself a rude encounter and go elsewhere.

I had the most unexpected and pleasant experience today, while having a tooth pulled, and an implant done. The process was fast & painless. I’d heard so many horror stories. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to the entire staff, for your gentleness and kindness.
