I came to the office with my friend first of all they kicked me out but you know what I understand every office has their own rules and such blah blah but telling me “you do have to get out” with an attitude because I didn’t get out right away when they first told me mind you I was helping out my friend put her stuff away because her arthritis and she asked one more time more annoyed “and said can you please wait outside!” I answered that I will in a moment and she said “well I told you already”. When I was leaving I had a question too if they take my insurance, medical, and she said “yes but not emergency medical” and she rolled her eyes ???? and moved on to the next person. I later found out her name was Alondra so Alondra niña work on you attitude because I am sure your boss would be upset to hear they lost a potential client and I am going to be calling to speak with them directly????. I was going to be a patient there but not anymore they were just horrible, horrible, horrible????

I’d like to start off with saying this place is by far the best! Such a pleasant atmosphere considering the circumstance I mean who likes going to the dentist right! But starting with Joana and Andrea at the reception desk they both are SUPER AMAZING FRIENDLY and accommodating Thank You Ladies for Always making it a pleasant visit for my family and I… and for being so Great at your jobs and loving what you do it shows❤️???????? and the providers and back office staff are amazing gentle and explain everything as their going. Thank You

My appointment was at 3 PM got here before 3 pm and I’m still waiting for my name to be called and it’s 3:52pm Staff is friendly
