Ideal Dental Uptown

ID Uptown is a really great location especially with their beautiful new office! It is clean, offers great services, and friendly staff. They answered all of my questions and made a point to check in as my appointment was progressing. It really makes me feel good to find a permanent dental office to call home. One thing I will say, those pesky appointment reminders can be a lot but I know it probably comes from them trying to prevent no-shows. Hopefully that changes after you sign their no-show policy. I say an email and text 48hrs ahead and a reminder the day before if the system has not received a response from the patient should work.

I was supposed to have an appointment this morning at 8:30. I had previously filled out my paperwork online and provided my insurance information. I get to my appointment this morning and the woman asked for my id and insurance. She then asks do I have other insurance because mine couldn't be verified. I told her you have to call the number on the back of the card. She said she did but the office was closed. They had at least 3-days to confirm my insurance before my appointment. If they weren't able to verify it then they should have called me so I could have told them to call the number on the back of the card. I guess having common sense, and asking people to do their job, is too much these days. My appointment was rescheduled by another woman because the inital one, just walked off. After reading some of these other comments, I may just cancel the appointment. Needless to say, they FAILED at making a good, first impression.

my cleaning appointment scheduled for April 29th was cancelled with them moving to the new office. i was told they would make every effort to accommodate my preferred time and date. they did not. i was not able to schedule another cleaning appointment until June 24th. after showing up 30 minutes early i still waited until my appointment time to be taken to the back. once in the back x rays to be completed only to wait another 30+ minutes to be seen.. do not waste your time and scheduled with another location.
